Usage Instructions

1. After successfully purchasing a ticket, you will receive an activation code. Be sure to activate it on the VRSTATE official website before the performance begins.
2. Once the ticket is activated, it will be bound to your VRSTATE account. Each activation code can only be used once and cannot be transferred or gifted to another account after activation.
3. After successfully purchasing an digital ticket, you will receive an activation code and instructions. You must register and log in as a member on the VRSTATE official website to activate the ticket. After activation, you will receive the relevant tickets or props and can enter the venue to watch the performance at the designated time.

Notes

1. To ensure a good viewing experience, please browse the official website before purchasing tickets to confirm computer hardware specifications, network bandwidth, and other considerations. If the recommended specifications are not met, it may affect the viewing experience or even prevent you from watching the performance.
2. This event is an online live stream. Please log in to the platform 15 minutes before the performance starts. If you enter later than the scheduled broadcast time, you may miss part of the performance.
3. The program will randomly allocate servers based on overall network conditions, so users who purchase tickets together or log in together may not appear in the same viewing space simultaneously.
4. During the viewing process, the audience’s experience may be affected by internet speed or hardware issues. Please understand.
5. If you disconnect during the program, you can log back in, but you may miss some content.
6. The validity of the ticket is subject to system verification results. VRSTATE reserves the right to the final interpretation.
7. Other terms or restrictions apply as per the ticket content.

Ticket Purchase and Refund

1. Please follow the steps on the webpage. If the purchase fails, you cannot collect the ticket, cannot enter the venue, or cannot get a refund due to incorrect, incomplete, or concealed real information, you will bear the responsibility.
2. Please double-check that the content of your order is correct before making payment.
3. Please note that once the activation code is used, or if a refund is not requested within 7 days of receiving the activation code, or if the performance date has passed, refunds will not be possible.
4. Refunds must be requested by the ticket purchaser via email to [email protected].
5. In the event that the performance is canceled or postponed due to force majeure, VRSTATE will notify and announce the refund rules through appropriate means on the official social media platforms. Specific refund procedures will be detailed on the official social media platforms.
6. Once an order is canceled, it cannot be restored. Please confirm before proceeding with the cancellation.
